Anderol DDO is a vegetable oil special for Dough Dividers.
Edible vegetable oil with sunflower lecithin (E-322).
Anderol DDO has a 3H registration with NSF.
Vegetable oil of high quality with sunflower lecithin, which is acting as emulsifier and antioxidant. The antioxidant stabilizes the product against oxidation and thermal degradation, caused by high temperatures at which the product is subjected in the baking process.
It avoids the premature formation of oil degradation products due to exposition of temperatures above 200°C, that could alter the properties of the edible product, and even lead to the formation of toxic components above 250°C.
Its natural polarity, viscosity and adherence yield a high lubricant power that avoids premature wear of moving parts in Dough Divider machines: pistons and cutter-guides.
Due to its high adherence to metal, it offers high performance that results in economical use, respective to other oils.
